Hands-on fundraising:

• Writing applications to statutory (UK, EU and European sources) and non-statutory sources (Lottery, grant-making trusts and foundations);
  
  
• Reviewing and assessing grant applications as well as writing end-of-grant reports;
  
  
• Developing and leading approaches of wealthy individuals, companies, trusts and statutory sources.
  
  

Consultancy:

• Auditing and in-depth researching of UK and international funding opportunities.
  
  
• Giving strategic advice and guidance including business plans and fundraising strategies.
  
  
• Advising on project and programme development.
  
  

Training:

• Developing and delivery of fundraising training courses to organisations in the UK and in Central and Eastern Europe
  
  
• Facilitating workshops on a range of issue from ethical fundraising, project development and delivering external funding implementation plans.
  
  

All services are charged on a daily rate plus VAT. A number of days is agreed at the start of a contract based on a workplan developed with you, the client. Workplan breaks down how time will be used to achieve desired outcome.
